Gyms can be quite intimidating but GW4 has been the opposite

The small groups with the same people who are all ace is really important. It makes the environment more friendly, makes me more accountable and pushes some friendly competition. ...The accountability of the coaching, which records the weights you are lifting and the regular scans. I would also say that Matt and Katherine have built and environment that isn’t an intimidating ‘gym-bro’ style space, it genuinely feels like everyone is welcome and that is super important to me coming from no gym/training background.

For me, the personalised coaching on form is the most useful element of the block, there’s been a measurable shift in my confidence in different exercises. I love how the progressive nature of the programme helps us to see improvements to our strength every week. The fixed schedule also makes it easier for me to commit and plan around the gym (rather then what I did before, where I fit the gym around my schedule)

Groundwork Training is the best gym I have ever trained at! I have been a member for over a year and couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. First and foremost, the trainers are exceptional, they know what they are talking about, will always check your form is correct and challenge you to push yourself, I have never been stronger. The ‘real-life’ strength training programme means that you don’t have to worry about anything, just turn up, work hard and reap the physical and mental benefits!
