PERFORM timetable

Prior to joining Groundwork I thought I had tried all the fitness avenues out there ... My fitness had plateaud over the course of two years and a friend recommended that I try out this new training gym in Hackney Wick. I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK. I absolutely love the training schedule with different cycles ranging from strength to conditioning and endurance. There is always something new to learn and techniques to perfect, my overall fitness has rocketed and my strength has gone from 0 - 100.
