Experience our group training in a smaller group setting, to build skills and confidence with 2 of our expert Coaches
This is an introduction to some of the fundamental movements you will see across our Group Training sessions.
We will be covering back squats, deadlifts, and the clean as our weightlifting movement so that you can move into our classes seamlessly.
You'll gain confidence in the movements and with guidance from the Coaches, build towards a strong technique which will help your ongoing training progress

We aim to bring new Mums together to take back ownership of their bodies, and feel more like themselves in a real gym environment - no more community hall set ups and press ups on park benches. If you miss training in the gym, we've got you.
Bring baby, and our experienced and qualified coaching team will make sure you get in a good workout that is most importantly progressing you towards your training goals, in a social and relaxed environment.
