HYROX is the world series of Fitness racing!
The race combines both running and functional workout stations where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards and cumulative world championships at the end of each race season

A typical HYROX session at GroundWork lasts approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up, structured workouts, and cool-down.
Wear comfortable training clothes, supportive trainers, and bring a water bottle and towel. All specific HYROX equipment will be provided during the class.

Tuesday HYROX CAPACITY
(Long form aerobic blocks)

Thursday HYROX FOUNDATIONS AND ENGINE
(Strength block followed by shorter sharper intervals that will include running sometimes)

(Hyrox specific movements in long form aerobic blocks that will always include running and sled work)
