FAQ's
3 sessions a week is recommend. If you are relatively new to training, 2 sessions will definintely see you progressing,
If you're really looking to improve your performance and focus on a goal, 4 will get you there. The team can help you find the right structure with your training and recovery to see improvements
We generally recommend waiting until your 6-week postnatal check-up with your GP (or 10–12 weeks following a C-section). However, everyone’s recovery is unique. If you feel ready to move sooner, or have specific concerns, get in touch and we can discuss a tailored start date.
We LOVE a referral. If you have a friend who trains with us, ask them to contact us for a referral code.
Not at all. Our programmes are suitable for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. As Coaches our job is to establish where you are at right now, and progress you from there
We welcome members of all training levels! If you are a complete beginner, or are a bit unsure, it is best to pop in for a consult first so that we can establish your starting point and see if one of our new-starter packages might help get you feel more confident before joining the Personal Training or Group Training programmes
The yard is privately owned and there is paid parking in the yard available. Spots are limited but at class times there are generally spaces
There is a bike shed in the yard with a code and plenty of bike parking posts to lock up outside as well
This depends on the severity of the injury, but we have plenty of people currently training in group classes at various stages of returning from injuries. We have a Sports Therapist on staff to consult and the Coaching team regularly meets to discuss members with injuries so we can make adjustments to keep you training.
We are a functional training gym, with 'functional' bathroom facilities! There is a bathroom on site with a shower, but we are a small warehouse based gym and have prioritised training kit and floor space over fancy changing facilities so you may want to shower at home or work if that is an option for you.
